What's included in the charter?
Your captain, fuel, ice, water, cups, napkins, Bluetooth sound system, sunbeds, and full use of the yacht — bow, aft deck, cabin, and bathroom.
Can I bring my own alcohol? (BYOB)
Yes. Quest is BYOB — bring whatever you’d like and we’ll keep it cold. Glass containers discouraged for safety.
Where does the yacht leave from?
A private marina in Miami. Exact address is shared 24 hours before your reservation.
What is the captain fee and gratuity?
A licensed captain is required and paid separately at the dock at $75/hour. Gratuity is not included, and a 12%–20% tip is recommended based on your experience.
What happens if it rains or weather is bad?
Charters operate rain or shine. Cloudy weather, overcast skies, and light rain do not qualify as unsafe weather. If the captain determines conditions are unsafe due to severe thunderstorms, strong winds, heavy rain, or unsafe boating conditions, your deposit will be placed on hold and issued as a credit toward a future reservation. Your credit remains valid for one year.
What is the cancellation policy?
All deposits are non-refundable and secure your yacht, date, and time slot. If you cancel your reservation, your deposit remains non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule:
- 30+ days before your charter: No rescheduling fee.
- 3 weeks before your charter (Friday–Sunday bookings): $100 rescheduling fee.
- 2 weeks before your charter (Friday–Sunday bookings): $200 rescheduling fee.
- During the week of your charter (Friday–Sunday): Your deposit may be forfeited.
Once a new charter date has been confirmed, any cancellation of that rescheduled booking will forfeit your deposit.
Can we swim during the charter?
Absolutely. The captain will anchor at a scenic sandbar so you can swim and float on our water mats.
Do you offer add-ons like decorations or catering?
Yes — decorations, birthday and bachelorette setups, catering, and jet ski rentals are all available. Just ask when you book.
