A licensed captain is required, billed at $75/hour and paid separately at the dock. Gratuity is not included — 15–20% is customary.
Light rain still sails. If the captain deems conditions unsafe, we reschedule at no cost — you never lose your deposit to weather.
Full refund for cancellations 7+ days before departure. Within 7 days we offer a reschedule credit valid for 12 months.
Absolutely. The captain will anchor at a scenic sandbar so you can swim and float on our water mats.
